Kacey Carolan focuses on supporting client relationships and helping deliver a responsive, high-touch client experience. As a Client Assistant, she works closely with both clients and advisors to coordinate communication, manage ongoing needs, and ensure that each interaction is handled with care and attention.
Kacey brings a strong background in financial technology and client service. Prior to joining Baird, she spent five years with Figure Technologies, where she advanced into a senior support role and contributed to team development, operational processes, and client engagement initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
She later worked in education as a Substitute Teacher with the Nevada County Superintendent of Schools, strengthening her ability to adapt, communicate, and connect with individuals across a wide range of needs.
Kacey’s thoughtful approach, reliability, and focus on relationships make her an important part of creating a positive and supportive experience for clients.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Sierra Nevada University and is proud to be part of the local Nevada County community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, cooking, and golfing.
